We get it - sometimes, it just doesn’t work out. While we do not issue refunds, we will accept in -store exchanges or issue store credit minus shipping costs for unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original store tags attached and in original packaging within 30 days of your order date. If you receive any item that is damaged please Contact Us directly.

 The following items are final sale and not returnable:

  • Jewelry – all necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings
  • All Sale Items
  • Special Orders

 HOW TO RETURN

  1. Submit your return via our Online Return Portal. Just enter the order number and email associated with the order you wish to return. Select your items and reason for return
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid shipping label and directions to complete your return. A $10 Return Shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
  3. To ship an item back, please:
  • Pack your item(s) in a secure box or envelope and affix the prepaid shipping label to the top of the package. Be sure to include the original invoice or order number in your package, and please keep in mind that your return will likely find a new home with another customer - pack your item(s) carefully and within the original box they were shipped in.
  • Drop your package at a UPS facility, or a location that has a daily UPS pick-up. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end.

    Once your return is received and approved, your store credit, minus your $10 Return Fee, will be emailed to you and can be redeemed in-store or online. Please allow 2 to 3 business days to process your return. We do not issue refunds.
